How do I earn zuggcoins?

Log in here with the same Twitch account you use in chat. You earn 0.10 zuggcoin for every 30 minutes you're in chat while the stream is live (up to 1.00 a day), a bonus for every 7 stream days in a row, and coins for bits, subs and gift subs.

Why are some of my coins "pending"?

Coins from bits and subs unlock 14 days after you earn them. If a payment is refunded or charged back in that time, those coins are removed.

How do I redeem a skin?

Once you have at least 5 zuggcoins, open the shop, pick a skin you can afford, paste your Steam trade link and confirm. The coins are taken right away and your request shows as "Pending review". After it's approved you get a Steam trade offer and the request shows as "Delivered". If it's rejected, your coins come back.

Where do I find my Steam trade link?

1. Open Steam and go to your Inventory.
2. Click Trade Offers, then Who can send me Trade Offers?
3. Under Third-Party Sites, copy your Trade URL. It starts with https://steamcommunity.com/tradeoffer/new/

Your Steam inventory must be public, and your account must be able to trade (no trade hold or ban).

Can I buy, sell or give away zuggcoins?

No. Zuggcoins can only be earned, have no cash value, and can't be transferred. See the terms and rules.
