Zuggcoins

• Zuggcoins are loyalty points for viewers of the zuggaz Twitch channel. They can only be earned by watching and supporting the channel.
• Zuggcoins have no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, traded, transferred to another person, or exchanged for money.
• Coins earned from bits or subscriptions stay pending for 14 days. Coins from payments that are refunded or charged back may be removed at any time, even if that leaves a negative balance.
• Earning rates, prices and these rules may change at any time.

Skin redemptions

• Skins are delivered by Steam trade, at the channel owner's discretion. A request may be rejected, in which case the coins are returned.
• You are responsible for giving a correct trade link and having a Steam account that can receive trades.
• Skin prices are set by the channel owner and may differ from current market prices.

Fair play

• One Twitch account per person. Using bots, multiple accounts, or any trick to earn coins without really watching can lead to coins being removed and the account being blocked.

Your data

• We store only your Twitch ID, display name, profile picture, and the Steam trade link you give us, plus your coin and redemption history.
